Facilitation
I facilitate spaces for learning, connection, and accountability.
I guide learning spaces to help people show up actively as allies across lines of difference. I organize spaces for meeting and connecting. I create spaces for people to stay accountable to their own practice and goals. The same principles that ground my artistic practice ground how I facilitate.
I believe that curiosity and connection are key ingredients for social change. When we get curious with ourselves and curious about the experiences of others, we become better able to connect to the wholeness of one another’s humanity.
I work with LGBTQ owned, Portland-based firm, Collaborate Consulting to bring transformative trainings and equity consulting to a wide variety of organizations committed to better serving their communities.
As a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory, I help individuals build their capacity for working across lines of difference.
As a member of Showing Up for Racial Justice, I facilitate Calling In workshops offering tools for and a space to practice having effective conversations about racial justice.
I co-organize Bi+ Philly with Angel Gravley and Daralyse Lyons. We create affirming social spaces for Bi+ people in Philadelphia to meet and connect.
